Many people have funny memories of when when they put forks or tinfoil in the microwave - when they were five years old, and didn't know any better. Far funnier are the many, fully grown men (let's be honest - not too many women do stuff like this) who decide to tempt fate and "see what happens" when the most unthinkable things are exposed to micro waves and concentrated heat. Long before pwn was even a word, people were been getting woken up in the middle of the night to be asked if their refrigerator was running or whether they have Prince Albert in the can. Everyone knows these old standbys, but fortunately, prank calls have some a long way since then! These days, prank calls are being used to pwn all kinds of annoying people, from telemarketers to Nigerian e-mail scammers to television hosts. Here are 20 of our favorite prank calls.

#1 - This is possible the best prank call on the web, no doubt serving as a cautionary tale to telemarketers around the country. While the telemarketer is gearing up to launch into his sales pitch, the man on the other end of the phone has a much different plan in store, posing as a police detective and telling the telemarketer that he has just called a murder scene. When the salesman tries getting off the phone, the "detective" tells him he'd better stay on the phone - unless he wants to be charged with obstruction of justice! With over 8 million views on YouTube, there's little doubt that this one takes the cake!

In today's YouTube age, all it takes is one person to post a funny video that then gets replicated and attempted by people all over the world. Case in point: the "hot girl cinnamon challenge" videos that seem to be piling up higher and higher with each passing day! The idea is to have really hot girls see if they can eat a spoonful of cinnamon, which is said to be impossible to do. However, it can be a little tiresome poking around all the different video websites to try and find the funniest cinnamon challenge videos. Hence this article, which breaks down the top 12 all in one place. Enjoy!

1) The cute girl in this video can barely stomach a tablespoon full of cinnamon without succombing to sheer disgust! Maybe we shouldn't be so hard on her, though: most of the other girls don't fare all that much better than this one does!

One recent YouTube cult classic phenomenon are the ever-growing number of Ipecac pranks, where people will attempt to drink ipecac, a vomit-inducing syrup made for people who have ingested poison or dangerous drugs. Some of the videos feature people who were tricked into drinking it, other feature people who were paid to drink it, and still others showcase the brave daredevils who would do it for free, just to say that they did. In all cases, the result is hilarious as it is inevitable, when virtually everyone who tries drinking ipecac winds up bent over and losing their lunch. Here are 14 of the best, so you don't have to run around and hunt them down yourself!

1) This man was just walking down a city street minding his own business when he was bribed into drinking ipecac for $200 - which later became $500. While the many was originally skeptical, he did indeed down the vomit-inducing beverage and end up violently puking all over the street in front of everyone. Pretty gross!

There is a phenomenon today that almost escapes words. A moment of joyous rapture when someone is so thoroughly embarrassed that the word "embarrassing" cannot do it justice. This is a level of embarrassment or failure so hillarious and so monumental that it becomes immortalized in the memory of all who bear witness to it. In today's article, we rounded up 20 videos containing the most hilariousjay and ingeniously executed pwnage we could find (in no particular order). Enjoy!

1) Tower of Pisa

This man spent the better part of two weekends painstakingly building a replica of the leaning tower of Pisa out of lincoln logs. At the crowning moment of his achievement, a media reporter came by to interview the creator of the tower. During the interviewer, it was revealed that the Guiness Book of World Records would be there within days to evaluate the tower. But what happened next can only be summed up in one word: pwned! As the reporter circled the tower to get a better look, the cord from his microphone swept the base of it and caused the entire structure to collapse to the floor. The last thing viewers hear is the creator of the tower gasping in horror and storming off in disgust.
